Thank you for choosing a DLE engine .DLE 430 is a two-cylinder two-stroke engine , can be used for unmanned aerial vehicles, powered parachutes, ultra light test aircraft, etc. It has the characteristics of light weight, long service life, big horse power, small vibration due to its unique structural design. A new design ideology— DLE 430 engine will give you an unprecedented experience.
Before starting the engine, please make sure all components including the propeller and the engine mount are secure and tight.Close the choke, open full throttle, connect with Two Ignition switches, then press the start key , the starter motor will drive the engine running and absorbing oil (first time use or long time no use may cause costing longer time ). After oil flow into carburetor, the engine will stop due to there is too much oil in the carburetor. Open the choke, reduce throttle nearly to idle speed and press start key ,then the engine start running normally . In order to ensure the idle speed stability and throttle is normal , please pre-heating 2—-5 minutes before starting the engine in winter , and pre-heating 1—-2minutes before starting the engine in summer. Alternately turn off the ignition switches , and make sure both Two ignition switches are normal .
Must starting the engine within 10 seconds, if the engine can’t start, then need to wait at least one minute can restart again. If the oil already flow into carburetor and always failure to start the engine , then need to check the engine.
